A planned English-language pathway

Alphalive. Space for life's big questions.

CELCL plans to offer Alphalive as a welcoming way to explore the Christian faith in English. Alphalive is the Swiss name for the Alpha course offered in many countries. You can be curious, unsure, or already following Jesus. The local dates, venue, team and format are still being prepared.

Begin where you are

Questions are welcome here.

We hope the experience will make room for honest conversation about life, faith and Jesus. No one needs to arrive with polished answers.

01 / WONDER

Ask openly.

Bring the questions that matter to you. Listening and discussion should be as important as any prepared topic.

02 / EXPLORE

Look at Jesus.

Explore Christian claims and stories with room to think, disagree and keep learning.

03 / CONNECT

Meet people.

A good conversation can continue beyond one meeting. CELCL's actual group arrangements are still to be confirmed.

What happens next?

Know the idea before the details.

The invitation is to explore, not to perform.

Our What to Expect page explains the proposed atmosphere and lists the practical information that must be confirmed before anyone is invited to attend. It does not announce a session or booking route.

What to expect
Two friends walking and talking along an olive grove path.
Three young people discussing illustrated cards on a garden picnic blanket.

For younger explorers

A young person's questions matter.

CELCL hopes to develop an age-appropriate route where younger people can explore Jesus and faith with care. Age ranges, adult leadership, safeguarding and parent communication need approval before any youth activity is offered.
